Birth Doula Services

I serve birthing people of all identities and backgrounds. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly. A daughter of an immigrant myself, I am especially happy to serve first-gen citizens and immigrants. 

I serve birthing people in the Des Moines area and surrounding cities. If you are further out from Des Moines, feel free to reach out to me anyway - we can work something out, or I can help you find a doula near you.

• Prenatal Support: At least 1 prenatal chek-in with shorter check-ins following as your pregnancy progresses. We will create a birth plan, make a plan to get medical questions answered (if I cannot answer them), explore your birthing space and more.

• Birth Support: I will attend your birth following the start of active labor. I will assist you with massage, positioning, emotional support and setting the scene for your birth experience. When possible, we will work together to bring your birth plan to reality.

• Post-partum Support: I will provide a post-partum follow up appointment to provide emotional and informational support, review your birth experience with you, get your questions answered, and check in on you and baby.
